1. Service scope

We provide information about sightseeing tours and allow you to submit requests for availability. A request does not automatically mean that a tour is confirmed. Confirmation (if any) is provided by us based on availability, route feasibility, and other operational factors.

2. Booking/availability requests

If you submit a request through the website, you consent to us using the details you provide to respond to the request and arrange the next steps.

Pricing, dates, start times, and inclusions are provided during confirmation. If a tour is conducted as an online ordering process, the electronic offer/contract terms will disclose required seller/provider information to consumers.

Displayed prices and inclusions are for informational purposes until confirmation. We may update pricing before confirmation. Where applicable, confirmed terms will apply to the specific booking.

We do not guarantee that every listed itinerary will be available at every date/time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunities, or travel inconvenience resulting from factors outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Ukrainian consumer protection rules.

7. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

If you have a complaint regarding a tour, you should contact us using the details in this document. We will consider the complaint in accordance with applicable Ukrainian consumer protection rules.

For disputes, we encourage attempts at amicable resolution. Where provided by law, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution paths defined by Ukrainian consumer protection law.
